CornerFlow privacy policy
Last updated: 8 November 2026
CornerFlow is a Windows utility that runs actions when you move your mouse pointer into a corner of the screen.
What we collect
Nothing. CornerFlow does not collect, store, sell or share any personal information, and it does not send any data over the internet.
What stays on your PC
- Your settings (which actions are assigned to which corners, timing preferences and similar) are saved in a file inside the app's own storage on your PC.
- A small diagnostic log (for example "top-left corner fired") is kept on your PC to help with support requests. It never leaves your PC unless you choose to send it to us. It does not contain anything you type.
Uninstalling CornerFlow removes both.
How the app works with your input
- To detect hot corners, the app reads the position of the mouse pointer. Positions are used immediately and are not recorded.
- If you turn on Click wallpaper to reveal desktop, the app watches for mouse clicks on the desktop wallpaper while the setting is on. Clicks elsewhere are ignored and nothing is recorded.
- When you record a keyboard shortcut, the app listens to the keyboard only while the "Record a shortcut" window is open, and only keeps the single shortcut you save.
Purchases
Purchases and the free trial are handled entirely by the Microsoft Store. We never see your payment details. See Microsoft's privacy statement.
