How can we help?

Questions, bugs or ideas for new features are all welcome. You'll get a reply from the developer who built the app, usually within a day or two.

Email [email protected]

Tell us which app it's about, your Windows version (Windows 10 or 11), and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.

CornerFlow quick fixes

A corner fires by accident

Open CornerFlow and add a short Delay, or turn on Ignore corners while a mouse button is held. You can also set a corner to work only while you hold Ctrl, Alt, Shift or Win.

My shortcut doesn't work in one app

Windows doesn't let ordinary apps send keys to programs running as administrator while they're in front. Lock, Mute, Show desktop and the power actions still work everywhere.

I can't record Win + L or Ctrl + Alt + Del

Windows doesn't allow any app to press these. Use the built-in Lock screen action instead.

Corners don't work in games or full-screen video

That's on purpose, so games and films aren't interrupted. You can turn off Pause in full-screen apps in the settings.

Where's the log file?

Open CornerFlow and go to Settings > About > Open log folder. Attach the log to your email if something isn't working.

SpokeFlow quick fixes

It says my ring shortcut is already in use

Another program already owns that key combination. Pick a different one under Trigger and look > Keyboard shortcut.

Does a normal middle click still work?

Yes. A scroll-wheel click with no movement passes straight through, so links still open in new tabs.

The trial ended. Have I lost my rings?

No. SpokeFlow pauses itself and keeps all your rings. Buy it from the Microsoft Store and everything comes back.

I want a smaller ring

Change the number of spokes (4 to 8) for that ring. The spokes you hide are kept, so they come back if you change your mind.
